Shalakany Successfully Represents a Top Tech Company Before the Administrative Judiciary
Shalakany is pleased to announce that it has successfully defended its client, a top tech company, in a public-interest case before the administrative judiciary. The Court of Administrative Justice accepted Shalakany’s arguments, dismissed the case and ordered the opposing party to bear litigation fees and costs.
