Shalakany Successfully Represents a Top Hospitality Company Before the Court of Appeal
Shalakany is pleased to announce that it has successfully defended its client, a top hospitality company in a nullity action of an arbitral award before the Cairo Court of Appeal. Shalakany had previously secured its client a favorable arbitral award from a CRCICA tribunal. The opposing party challenged the validity of the arbitral award before the Cairo Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal accepted Shalakany’s arguments, confirmed the validity of the arbitral award, dismissed the case and ordered the opposing party to bear litigation fees and costs.
