Shalakany is pleased to announce its successful representation of one of the major international food and beverages’ packaging companies in an arbitration governed by the Rules of the Cairo Regional Centre of International Commercial Arbitration.

The arbitration proceedings were initiated by Shalakany for a multi-million EGP claim against three Egyptian companies working in the food & beverages sector. The Shalakany team working on the dispute was led by our Senior Partner Adam El Shalakany along with Nada Hesham, Omar Saleh and Ragya Shoukry.
