Shalakany secures arbitration win for a major hotel operator against one of the largest touristic companies
Shalakany is pleased to announce its successful representation of a major hotel management company in an arbitration claim regarding the repayment of a loan agreement. Shalakany acted as sole legal counsel for the client and obtained a favorable award in the arbitration proceedings initiated by its client against a major touristic company.
